Office for Mediation of SEC Suggested Mediation clauses


A) Future Disputes
If any dispute arises in connection with this agreement, the parties will attempt to settle it by mediation in accordance with the Mediation Rules of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Central Europe (SEC). Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the mediator will be nominated by the SEC Mediation Centre.

B) Current Disputes
The undersigned hereby agree to submit to mediation in accordance with the Mediation Rules of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Central Europe (SEC).
